Daytime Cleaning Operative
Location: Westminster SW1P
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Job Type: Part-time, Daytime Cleaning Role
Total Contracted Hours: 30 hours per week
Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
About the Role
Titan Apex Services is seeking a reliable, experienced and detail-oriented Cleaning Operative to join our team at Ashley Gardens in London, SW1.The successful candidate will be responsible for completing a varied range of cleaning duties and maintaining a consistently high standard of cleanliness and presentation across the site.
Key Responsibilities
- Mop, sweep and clean assigned flooring and communal areas.
- Dust and wipe surfaces, fixtures and fittings.
- Clean and maintain brass areas to a high presentation standard.
- Carry out occasional jet washing as required.
- Complete general cleaning duties in accordance with the site schedule.
- Use cleaning products, tools and equipment safely and responsibly.
- Follow Health and Safety and COSHH procedures.
- Report hazards, damage, maintenance concerns and stock shortages promptly.
- Ensure all assigned areas are left clean, tidy and professionally presented.
- Communicate professionally with the Supervisor, Operations Team and client representatives.
Essential Requirements
- Previous commercial cleaning experience.
- Reliable, punctual and professional.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Able to complete physically active cleaning duties.
- Able to work independently and follow instructions.
- Good communication skills.
- Able to travel reliably to Ashley Gardens, SW1.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Available to begin work on Thursday, 6 August 2026.
