We are a busy, well-established bespoke joinery company based in Essex, currently seeking experienced Bench Joiners to join our skilled workshop team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated joiner looking for stable, long-term work in a professional and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manufacture high-quality bespoke joinery products to specification
- Read and accurately interpret technical drawings and plans
- Use workshop machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently
- Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail
- Work effectively independently and as part of a team
- Support workflow and meet project deadlines
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Bench Joiner
- Proven background in bespoke joinery manufacturing
- Strong organisational skills and a proactive attitude
- Ability to manage own workload with minimal supervision
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality work
Working Hours & Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- 8-hour shifts
- Overtime available
- Weekend work available when required
