Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on-site, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. MUST HOLD CLEAN DRIVING LICENSE
Duties
- Perform general labour tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials as required
- Assist skilled tradespeople in their duties, providing support and ensuring safety protocols are followed
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area to promote a safe working environment
- Operate basic machinery and tools under supervision, adhering to safety guidelines
- Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to team efforts in completing projects on time
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to the role
Experience
- Previous experience in a labouring or similar role is advantageous but not essential
- A willingness to learn new skills and take on various tasks as required
- Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate clearly with colleagues
- Physical fitness to handle manual tasks and the ability to work in varying weather conditions
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations is desirable
