- Provide microneedling and powder brow
- Provide customised skincare advice tailored to individual client needs
- Maintain a clean and hygienic workspace in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable treatments or products
- Ensure all tools and products are prepared and sterilised before use
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and loyalty
- Keep up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product innovations
- Promote additional services and retail products to maximise client satisfaction and salon revenue
Requirements
- Proven experience in makeup application and various beauty treatments
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanour
- Strong communication skills in English, capable of effectively engaging with diverse clients
- Ability to work well within a team while also demonstrating independence in managing appointments
- Organised with attention to detail to ensure high standards of hygiene and treatment quality
- Flexibility to work during salon hours, including weekends if required
- A recognised qualification in Beauty Therapy or equivalent is preferred but not essential for entry-level applicants.
