We are currently recruiting for Support Workers to work on a 2:1 basis with one of our male learners in Langport. We have full time vacancies available for this role.

Salary: £12.27-£14.27 per hour, increasing within 6 months of employment. No qualifications are needed to apply for the role; qualifications, training and progression opportunities are available.
Work/Life balance is important to us. a2a has a variety of contracts available to suit you and your family, part time or full-time hours available. All contracts are based on a 2 week rolling rota, so you will always know your shifts and with every other weekend off work (unless wanting weekend only work).
Shift Patterns;
- Shift patterns and various contracts available. Shifts available are: 7am-2:30pm/3:30pm and 2:30pm/3:30pm-10pm with optional sleep-ins available, paid at £50 per sleep-in.

For all posts, you must be age 18+ and be both literate and numerate. Experience of working with people with physical and learning disabilities is an advantage but not essential. You must have a caring and friendly nature, sense of humour, be approachable and non-judgemental and have an enthusiastic and positive approach. All posts are subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
