We’re a small, welcoming casual restaurant known for great pasta, delicious food, and friendly service. We’re looking for a Front of House Team Member with excellent customer service skills to join our team.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve customers warmly and create a positive, welcoming atmosphere.
- Run food and drinks to tables to keep service flowing smoothly.
- Follow opening and closing procedures when your shift requires it.
- Cash up occasionally — full training provided.
- Maintain allergen knowledge and follow all guidance accurately.
- Support with dishes and general restaurant cleanliness.
- Assist with deliveries, stock rotation, and putting stock away.
- Encourage positive reviews when appropriate.

- Previous hospitalityexperience
- Confident, friendly customer service
- Ability to work in a small, open restaurant environment
- A team player who’s happy to help wherever needed
- Reliable, organised, and comfortable with fast‑paced service
- Willingness to learn and follow processes consistently
