Key Responsibilities Daily Duties
- Manage incoming and outgoing emails, responding promptly and professionally.
- Answer and direct telephone calls, taking messages where required.
- Send invoices, credit notes, and customer statements upon request.
- Carry out general administrative and ad hoc tasks to support branch operations.
- Maintain accurate records and provide administrative support across the business.
Weekly Duties
- Process and submit employee timesheets.
- Chase Branch Managers (BMs) for outstanding timesheets to ensure payroll deadlines are met.
Fortnightly Duties
- Monitor company vehicle MOT due dates and vehicle tax renewals, ensuring all records remain compliant.
Monthly Duties
- Complete the Old Core Checklist.
- Complete the Health & Safety (H&S) Checklist.
- Process employee mileage and expense claims.
As Required
- Process uniform orders and maintain uniform stock levels.
- Set up new customer accounts and ensure all documentation is completed accurately.
- Update the Branch Register, including key holder information and utility records.
- Process Return to Work forms following employee absences.
- Maintain employee personnel files, both electronic and hard copy, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
- Complete Office for National Statistics (ONS) surveys and returns as required (including annual submissions and ad hoc requests).
- Take accurate notes during HR meetings and distribute actions where appropriate.
- Provide additional administrative support and undertake other duties as required to meet business needs.

Pay: £25,000.00-£28,500.00 per year
