We are seeking a motivated, compassionate, and ambitious Dental Nurse who is eager to develop into a Treatment Co-ordinator and join our private dental practice.
In this role, you will meet with patients for consultations, guide them through their treatment options, and discuss cosmetic dentistry procedures, treatment plans, and available payment solutions. You will play a key role in supporting patients throughout their journey, ensuring they feel informed, comfortable, and confident in their decisions.
This is a patient-focused position with a strong emphasis on delivering exceptional customer service, building relationships, and achieving high treatment acceptance and conversion rates. The ideal candidate will be personable, confident, and passionate about helping patients achieve their dental goals while contributing to the continued success of the practice. Full training will be provided.
This is a Fixed 14 month contract.
The role will focus heavily on:
Invisalign consultations and digital scans
Implant consultation coordination
Composite bonding consultations and patient journeys
Treatment plan presentation and conversion
Building rapport and increasing case acceptance
Key Responsibilities
Carrying out Invisalign digital scans and delivering smile consultations
Coordinating implant and cosmetic consultation journeys
Presenting treatment plans and discussing finance options confidently
Following up leads and converting enquiries into booked treatment
Supporting clinicians with patient flow
Delivering outstanding customer service and patient care
Maintaining accurate records and managing patient communication
Ideal Candidate
- GDC registered
- Preferably worked with cosmetic treatments before
- Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
- Professional, organised, and proactive approach
