Job Overview
- Positions: Full-Time Bar Manager & Assistant Manager
- Location: Glasgow City Centre
- Salary: £32,000 – £38,000 per year (based on experience) + Tips
- Hours: Full-time (evenings and weekends required)
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years of management experience in a quality hospitality venue
- Essential Requirement: Valid Scottish Personal Licence (SCPLH) holder (or willing to obtain one before starting)
- Proven ability to run operations autonomously, make decisions, and manage budgets
- Strong leadership skills to build, train, and motivate a brand-new team
- Genuine interest in wine (WSET qualifications are fantastic, but a passion and enthusiasm to learn is essential)
- Solid commercial awareness, including stock management, GP margins, and compliance
