Bread Meats Bread, an award-winning local and independent Scottish restaurant group, is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Chef to join our team at:

The ideal candidate will bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to support the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient services.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook dishes to Bread Meats Bread standards
- Ensure excellent food quality, presentation, and consistency during service
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety at all times
- Keep your section organised, stocked and service-ready
- Work closely with the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth communication and teamwork
- Support Head Chef in maintaining kitchen standards and efficiency
- Take accountability for your prep, section management, and daily responsibilities
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior Chef in a busy, fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong understanding of kitchen practices
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain standards during busy services
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
Salary and Benefits:
- Competitive rate of pay at £13.50 per hour
- Additional income from tips averaging approximately £3 per hour
