Marine Concepts manufacture fibreglass and carbon fibre components for some of the UK's most prestigious boat builders.
As a trainee GRP Laminator you will be taught skills specific to the job such as the layup of composite materials using wet lay up and resin infusion techniques.
This is a hands on trainee role working within a team environment with the opportunity to learn new skills.
Experience of using power tools and working with your hands would be advantageous.
A college education in anything hands on such as mechanics, engineering, painting and decorating, construction, carpentry etc would also be advantageous but not essential.
Successful candidates will need a good attitude, a willingness to listen and learn, be a team player and display a good work ethic.
Mon-Fri 40 hours per week (8 per day) 6am or 7am start time.
Overtime paid at x1.5 for weekly hours worked over 40 and a £50 bonus if working 50 or more hours
