Inside Sales Executive
Bayleaf FM is looking for an ambitious, organised and articulate Inside Sales Executive to join our Business Development team. This office-based, full-time permanent role offers a salary of £31,000–£33,000 and a clear opportunity to grow within a structured sales career path.
What we’re looking for
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
- Confidence speaking with customers by phone, email and in person.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Self-motivated, professional and resilient under pressure.
- Technically competent with CRM systems and general office technology.
- Customer-facing, retail, hospitality or telesales experience is an advantage.
Key responsibilities
- Manage inbound enquiries and qualify prospective customers.
- Carry out outbound prospecting, including cold calling and LinkedIn outreach.
- Book qualified appointments for Business Development Managers.
- Maintain accurate records and opportunities in the CRM system.
- Support proposal production and coordinate internal follow-up.
- Arrange meetings and site surveys.
- Help ensure opportunities progress smoothly through the sales pipeline.
- Support mobilisation activity following contract award.
