Duties

- Contribute to team management by collaborating effectively with colleagues during busy shifts
- Serve customers in a friendly, professional manner, ensuring a positive dining experience
- Supervise junior team members when needed, providing guidance and support
- Maintain organized workstations and assist with inventory checks and restocking supplies
Skills
- Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and best practices
- Proven ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Leadership qualities with supervising experience or potential to develop leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and customer interaction
- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and culinary fundamentals
- Experience in hospitality or serving roles is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
