IT Support Analyst (1st/2nd Line, Microsoft 365)
Orpington, Kent (Office Based)
Are you an IT graduate or early-career IT professional looking to build your skills in Microsoft 365, cloud technologies and business systems?
Faithorn Farrell Timms is looking for a motivated and customer-focused IT Support Analyst to join our growing team. - Supporting and administering Microsoft 365 technologies including Teams, SharePoint and Exchange Online
- Setting up user accounts, devices and permissions for new starters and leavers
- Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software and basic networking issues
- Assisting with device deployment and endpoint management
- Monitoring systems and escalating issues where appropriate
- Supporting IT projects, upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives
- Working closely with colleagues across the business to deliver excellent customer service
What We're Looking For
- Degree, HND or equivalent qualification in IT, Computer Science or a related subject, or equivalent commercial experience
- Around 1-3 years' experience in an IT support environment, including placements, internships or graduate roles
- Good understanding of Microsoft 365, Windows and general IT support principles
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- A proactive approach to problem solving and learning new technologies
- A genuine interest in Microsoft technologies, cloud services and business systems
- Ability to build positive working relationships with colleagues at all levels
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
