Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage the efficient route planning of the delivery vehicles and ensure that stock is moved efficiently and safely.
- Need a high accuracy with parts number checking.
- The role involves collaborating with the sales team, customers and colleagues to provide excellent customer service.
- Complete any deliveries that are failed by drivers, added to the plan late or runner jobs where required.
- Take accountability to ensure policies and procedure are being always followed.
Requirement:
- Excellent knowledge of local roads and areas.
- Experience working in a similar role is essential.
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a high pressure and fast-paced environment
- Enthusiasm/ Punctuality/ Attendance is must for the role
