About us
We are at the forefront of providing excellent quality supported accommodation to those that need it most. Together with over 110 churches, Hope into Action provide direct support to people whom others have often given up on. However Community Connect is a new project for us, it will take the relational aspect of our model and extend it to those who do not live in our accommodation, but who have been recognised as being at risk of returning to homelessness. Community Connect believes that if we offer relational support and community, through communal eating and social events, the number of those returning to homelessness will reduce. Can you help us in this mission and assist 3 cities to launch this year and grow it to 11 locations in 3 years?
