What You'll Be Doing
- Running your own section and ensuring consistently high standards.
- Preparing and cooking fresh, high-quality dishes.
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen safety standards.
- Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef with daily kitchen operations.
- Assisting with stock control, ordering, and reducing food waste.
- Working collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver a great dining experience.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or an experienced Commis Chef ready to step up.
- Passion for fresh food and quality cooking.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
