Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our successful team.
The Role
As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer journey while achieving sales targets in a fast-paced dealership environment. You will be responsible for guiding customers through the entire vehicle purchasing process, from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in the showroom, over the telephone, and through online enquiries.
- Understand customers’ requirements and recommend suitable vehicles from our extensive stock.
- Conduct vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives.
- Manage the complete sales process, ensuring a professional and seamless customer experience.
- Promote finance, warranties, and additional products where appropriate.
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales and performance targets.
- Maintain excellent product knowledge across our vehicle range.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience in motor trade sales or a customer-focused sales environment (preferred but not essential for the right candidate).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- A professional, confident, and enthusiastic approach.
- A strong work ethic with a target-driven mindset.
- The ability to deliver exceptional levels of customer service.
- A full UK driving licence.
