We have an opportunity for an experienced Chef de Partie, or a very strong Commis Chef looking to take the next step in their career. We would like to receive applications from strong, motivated and enthusiastic individuals. You must be a team player, who can also work alone at times. You must be competent on all sides of the kitchen. This is a fast paced environment, so good communication skills are a must, as you will be working with the head chef and sous chef, as well as other members of the kitchen team to produce food to a good standard of quality, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities and skills:
Preparing food to a high standard
Ensuring stations are prepped and stocked
Enforce strict health and hygiene standards
Ensure high quality of food leaving the kitchen
Control of food storage and stock rotation
Minimise wastage & ensure GP is protected
Ability to work under pressure
Excellent attention to detail
Must be available to work evenings and weekends

Experience of at least 2-3+years in a commis or chef de partie position or higher is preferred.
