Trainee Injector – Learn a Specialist Trade

Full-Time | Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm | Min. 45 hrs/week
Self-Employed with Monthly CIS Pay + Optional Weekend & Night Work
Tempo-PCE is a family-run specialist injection company, working on waterproofing, leak sealing, and ground stabilisation projects across the UK. We’re a small, friendly team with a reputation for quality work, and long-term reliability.
We’re now looking for a Trainee to join our on-site injection teams. You’ll be trained in all aspects of resin and grout injection – a skilled, high-demand trade that’s ideal for someone looking to build a lasting career in construction.

What We’re Looking For
- CSCS card
- Some experience in skilled construction (measuring, fixing, using power tools)
- Fluent spoken English and good written English
- Driving licence preferred
- Handy, practical, and keen to learn new skills
- Mechanically minded and a good team player
