Flexible Cover Nursery Practitioner Required ... to work with a small, hardworking team of nursery educators in providing great care and education in a fun working environment.
HOURS: Various - between 7:30am and 6pm Monday - Friday
PAY: Hourly rate will be based on age and experience.
START DATE: ASAP
We are looking for someone who:
- is qualified to level 3 or above
- has previous experience of working in a childcare setting with children aged 0-4yrs
- is creative, enthusiastic and will bring maturity to the role
- has an in-depth knowledge of the EYFS and other relevant EY frameworks
- has a positive ‘can do’ attitude
- has strong communication skills
- is passionate about all aspects of childcare and understands the importance of the earliest years of life - especially the attachments needed with young children
An enhanced DBS and references will be sought for the successful candidate. A full Induction will be provided as well as lots of opportunities for training and professional career development.
