Are you an experienced project manager with a passion for service improvement, partnership working and delivering better outcomes for communities?
Locala, the lead provider for the West Yorkshire Vaccination and Immunisation Collaborative (WYVIC) is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Support Manager to lead and coordinate projects that support the delivery and development of vaccination and immunisation services across West Yorkshire.
This is an exciting opportunity to work across organisational boundaries, collaborating with provider organisations, commissioners and system partners to improve services, drive innovation and support transformational change.
About the Role
As the WYVIC Support Manager, you will lead a diverse portfolio of projects focused on:

Service improvement and transformation

Business development opportunities
-
Performance monitoring and reporting

Quality improvement initiatives
-
Partnership and stakeholder engagement
You will play a key role in supporting the WYVIC Board and Operational Teams to deliver strategic priorities while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and aligned to contractual requirements.
What You'll Be Doing

Managing multiple projects and workstreams from initiation through to delivery

Developing project plans, highlight reports, risk registers and governance documentation

Analysing complex information and presenting findings to senior stakeholders and commissioners

Supporting service development and transformation programmes
-
Leading meetings and coordinating actions across partner organisations

Monitoring performance and producing high-quality reports

Identifying and mitigating project risks
-
Working collaboratively across health, local authority and community partners
Essential Skills
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:
-
Experience of leading and managing projects, service improvement programmes or business change initiatives
-
Experience presenting complex information to a range of stakeholders
-
Strong analytical and reporting skills
-
Experience working within healthcare, public sector or social care environments
-
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
-
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
-
Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience
-
Leadership or management experience
