We’re building one of the highest performing BT sales desks in the UK.
We're growing our Belfast sales team and are looking for experienced business telecoms sales professionals who know how to generate opportunities, build relationships and close deals.
What You’ll Sell
- BT Cloud Voice
- BT Cloud Voice Express
- BTnet
- BT Full Fibre
You'll already understand these products or have equivalent experience selling business telecoms solutions.
Your Role
- Make 60+ outbound business calls each day.
- Speak with business owners and decision-makers.
- Build and manage your own pipeline.
- Drive opportunities from first call to signed contract.
- Issue contracts and follow deals through to completion.
- Maintain accurate CRM records.

Performance Expectations
This is a performance driven sales environment.
You'll be expected to:
- Maintain consistent talk time and sales activity.
- Build and manage an active sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain high CRM standards.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience from first conversation to handover.
