At The Old Station Nursery Group, we're proud to provide exceptional early years education across 78 nurseries. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Recruitment Business Partner to become a trusted advisor to our operational teams, helping us attract and recruit the very best people to care for our children.
You'll work in partnership with Nursery Managers and Area Managers, using data, insight and creativity to solve recruitment challenges, improve attraction strategies and deliver an outstanding candidate experience.
As a Recruitment Business Partner, you'll take ownership of recruitment across your region, partnering closely with operational leaders to:
Build strong relationships with Nursery Managers and Area Managers, becoming their trusted recruitment advisor.
Manage end-to-end recruitment across a portfolio of nurseries.
Support our attraction strategy for hard-to-fill vacancies and challenging locations.
Advertise roles across multiple platforms and continually optimise campaigns.
Proactively source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn and other channels.
Screen applications and support managers throughout the recruitment process.
Coach hiring managers on recruitment best practice, inclusive hiring and safer recruitment.
Work closely with our onboarding team to ensure a smooth transition from offer to start date.
Support recruitment projects, employer branding initiatives and continuous improvement across the recruitment function.
Champion an excellent candidate experience from first application through to offer.
You'll be someone who enjoys building relationships, influencing others and finding creative recruitment solutions.
Ideally you'll have:
Previous experience in an internal recruitment, talent acquisition or recruitment business partner role.
Experience managing multiple vacancies across different locations.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
Confidence using recruitment systems, job boards and LinkedIn.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
Experience within healthcare, education, hospitality, retail or another multi-site environment would be advantageous.
Knowledge of safer recruitment or recruitment within a regulated environment would be beneficial, although full training will be provided.
