Altrad are currently looking for a Project Controls Coordinator to join our Aberdeen team to support the successful delivery of key project control activities across the business.

Key Deliverables:
- Support the delivery of project control activities across commercial, financial and operational functions.
- Effectively compile and validate billing data to support the commercial contract teams.
- Prepare accurate client invoices in accordance with commercial and contractual requirements.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to support project performance.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal departments to promote commercial awareness and collaboration.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of project controls activities.
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of project control processes and procedures.
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with Company HSEQ policies, procedures and standards.
- Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
- Provide administrative and analytical support to the wider Project Controls team.
- Contribute to the efficient planning, monitoring and reporting of project performance.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for process improvement.
- Promote a positive safety culture by ensuring safety remains the highest priority in all activities.
- Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism, collaboration and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Key Requirements/Qualifications:
- HNC (Higher National Certificate) or above, or equivalent qualification.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including data extraction, analysis and presentation.
- Experience using ERP systems.
- Strong organisational, planning and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Proactive approach with a willingness to learn and develop professionally.
