- Manage customer inquiries promptly via phone, email, or face-to-face interactions with professionalism and clarity
- Maintain organized records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and follow-up actions
- Support the team by managing stock levels, arranging displays, and ensuring the sales area remains tidy and inviting
Qualifications
- No experience is required but having experience is a bonus.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
- Valid driving license is preferred for roles involving travel or delivery responsibilities
- Knowledge of IT systems used for sales processing and inventory management is advantageous
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
