What you'll bring
- Apprenticeship or NVQ Level 3 in a relevant discipline, plus extensive inspection experience (essential)
- Strong knowledge of quality systems and problem-solving techniques.
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions with confidence.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset to coach and support others.
- Adaptability and flexibility to work across multiple shift patterns, including weekends.
