Duties
- Host engaging live streaming sessions on TikTok to showcase products, answer viewer questions, and promote sales opportunities
- Develop creative scripts and presentation styles to highlight product features effectively
- Interact with viewers in real-time, fostering a positive and energetic atmosphere that encourages participation
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to plan content themes and promotional campaigns for live sessions
- Manage live chat interactions, addressing questions, comments, and feedback promptly to maintain viewer engagement
- Monitor streaming performance metrics to optimize future broadcasts and increase audience reach
- Uphold brand standards by maintaining a professional yet lively on-camera presence during all live sessions
Experience
- Proven experience managing or hosting live social media content, preferably on TikTok or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of social media management tools and live streaming technology
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences in an energetic manner
- Background in public relations or digital marketing is a plus, enabling effective brand representation
- Ability to think quickly on your feet and adapt content dynamically based on viewer interactions
- Prior experience in e-commerce or retail environments is advantageous but not required
