Do you want to play a vital role in delivering a high quality Public Realm Services to residents across the city? Do you want a rewarding role, working with a committed and hard working team? If so, this could be the role for you.
You will assist the Public Realm Operations Manager to deliver a customer focussed, safe and efficient Public Realm service. You will be responsible for the management of staff, cleansing and grounds maintenance rounds and schedules, training and health and safety objectives. You will play a key role in maintaining the environmental quality of the City and ensure that Service Level Agreements are delivered and maintained. You will also be responsible for helping to shape the delivery of these services to ensure they meet objectives, timescales and deliver a clean and welcoming city for residents and visitors alike.
You will manage and motivate a team of staff and you will need to deal with customer complaints and queries.
To undertake this role, you will need to hold a driving licence.
