Responsibilities

- Maintain knowledge of food safety protocols to ensure all products are handled and stored properly
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly without compromising quality
- Keep the workspace clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies throughout your shift
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, offering recommendations, and ensuring guest satisfaction
Experience
- Previous barista experience or familiarity with coffee preparation is preferred but not required; training will be provided for enthusiastic learners
- Experience in serving or food service roles that involve direct customer interaction is advantageous
- Basic math skills are essential for handling cash transactions accurately
