We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Hair Stylist to join our small but dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hair styling, (barbering Not essential.) customer service and personality is a must with the ability to lead and mentor junior staff. The Senior Hair Stylist will be responsible for providing a wide range of hair treatments, including specialised services such as ensuring client satisfaction at all times.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality hair styling services, including cutting, colouring, and styling tailored to client preferences
- Perform specialised treatments
- Manage store operations efficiently, including front desk duties and appointment scheduling
- Mentor and support junior stylists, fostering a collaborative and professional team environment

- Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service and communication skills , the salon has a perfect atmosphere. So the successful candidate must fit in ensuring the salon remains organised and welcoming .

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist
- Demonstrable expertise in store. customer service, and upselling techniques .
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect effectively with clients and team members
- Mentoring experience is preferred, with a passion for developing junior staff members
- Valid certification in hairdressing is a must .
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends, also covering colleagues holidays, client schedules must be a priorty too.
