ROLE OVERVIEW
You will join Rendall & Rittner on a 15 month fixed term contract, playing a pivotal role in partnering with leaders to deliver people plans that drive performance, growth and a brilliant colleague experience. As a homebased HR Business Partner, you will work across our UK operations, building trusted relationships and enabling managers to lead engaged, high-performing teams.
You will blend strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, shaping initiatives across talent, engagement, change and ER. With the freedom to plan your day and the support of a collaborative People team, you will help translate business goals into practical people outcomes that make a difference quickly.
ROLE EXPECTATIONS
Most days you will be partnering with senior managers to solve people challenges, coaching them on leadership, performance and change. You will lead and support ER casework, drive workforce planning and engagement activity, and deliver people projects to agreed timelines and measures.

- ER cases are resolved swiftly, fairly and compliantly, with reduced recurrence and manager upskilling.

HOW YOU'LL SPEND MOST OF YOUR TIME
- Partnering with leaders to design and deliver people plans aligned to business goals.
- Coaching managers on performance, absence, wellbeing, engagement and team development.
- Managing and guiding ER matters, from informal resolution to complex cases.
- Using people data to identify trends, risks and opportunities, and recommending actions.
- Leading or contributing to projects in areas such as change, culture, D&I and retention.
- Collaborating with Centres of Expertise and HR Operations to provide a seamless colleague experience.

EXPERIENCE THAT HELPS
- Experience partnering with multi-site or field-based teams in a fast paced services environment.
- Proven track record leading complex ER cases and change initiatives.
- Designing and implementing engagement, retention or talent programmes.
- Comfort with HR systems and dashboards, using data to influence decisions.
- Working within a regulated or customer-centric business with diverse stakeholders.
