Job Summary:

What you'll do:
- Assist patients with personal care and daily living activities.
- Support nurses and healthcare teams with patient care.
- Monitor and record basic patient observations.
- Maintain accurate care records and documentation.

- Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive care environment.
- Follow safeguarding, infection control, and health and safety procedures.
Requirements:
- Experience in healthcare, care support, or a similar role is beneficial.
