Due to our continued growth, we now have an exciting opportunity for a Cleaner/Driver to join our business on a permanent basis in and around the Southampton area. As a business we maintain a very high standard of cleanliness so experience is preferred but not essential as we will invest in your training and development. It is important that applicant can drive and preferably owns a car.
Duties will include:
- Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floors
- Dust control in all areas
- Cleaning mirrors and glass
- Disposal of litter
- Replenishing soaps, toilet rolls and hand towels
- Cleaning bedrooms, bathrooms and communal areas
About you…
- Enthusiastic, punctual, conscientious and motivated to do your best work
- Strong interpersonal skills, polite and friendly
- Able to accurately measure and scope the work needed during your shift
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills
- Some previous experience in a similar role would be useful but not essential
- Able to use a variety of cleaning products and equipment.
- Able to complete tasks on time with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work at both team and independent levels and adapt to change in schedules, with good time management skills.
