Job Title: Cleaner

Location: Leominster (construction sites)
About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Cleaner to join our team, carrying out cleaning on new build houses and live construction sites.
This is a part-time, hands-on position, with hours typically ranging from 10 to 16 per week which could increase, depending on site requirements. The role requires commitment, reliability, and a strong work ethic, as well as a willingness to travel between sites. For the right candidate, there is scope to progress into a supervisory or managerial position.
Key Responsibilities
Cleaning Duties
- Carry out builders’ cleans, re-cleans, and sparkle cleans on new build properties.
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, windows, skirtings, doors, and all internal surfaces.
- Vacuum, mop, and dust to ensure high presentation standards.
- Perform general and deep cleaning of buildings, site cabins, and communal areas.
- Remove and dispose of waste safely and responsibly.
- Report any damage, snags, or maintenance issues.
General Labour Duties
- Support with general site labouring tasks.
- Maintain tidy, organised workspaces across all sites.
Site Maintenance & Safety
- Keep all work areas hazard-free and well-organised.
- Maintain cleaning tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Follow company health and safety procedures and wear PPE at all times.
- Report unsafe conditions or incidents immediately and participate in safety briefings.
Requirements
- Previous experience in cleaning, labouring, or construction (preferred).
- CSCS card desirable but not essential (support can be provided for the right candidate, would need to obtain within first month of employment).
- Full UK driving licence and access to transport (required).
- Physically fit and able to perform manual work in various weather conditions.
- Willing to travel between different sites if necessary.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and proactive attitude.
- Understanding of safe working practices and handling of cleaning materials.
