For Bucci Industries UK Limited, based in Cheltenham, we are looking for a Field Service Engineer to support our IEMCA brand in the Birmingham area.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for installing new machines, maintaining and repairing existing equipment at customer facilities, and ensuring reliable operation over time. You will perform regular inspections to detect potential issues, support preventive maintenance activities, and provide training to machine operators and maintenance teams. By combining your technical expertise with accurate CRM reporting and effective communication, you will play a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction and ensuring a high-quality service experience.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in technical service or maintenance roles;
- Strong electrical background, with solid expertise in wiring, schematics, diagnostics, and repairs, complemented by good mechanical skills;
- Proven ability to work on turning machines and bar feeder applications (IEMCA or similar equipment);
- Experience in fault diagnosis, component replacement, and restoration of equipment to full operational efficiency;
- Suitable qualifications include: NVQs in Engineering, ONC or HNC;
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational and communication skills;
- Great attention to customers.
