Warehouse Operative – Full Time

We are a rapidly growing food wholesale company based in Birmingham and are looking for a reliable, hardworking and motivated Warehouse Operative to join our expanding team.
This is a busy and fast-paced role, so we are looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong work ethic and a flexible “can-do” approach.
As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for picking frozen, fresh and dry goods for customer orders, loading and unloading deliveries, assisting customers and maintaining a clean and organised warehouse.
Previous warehouse experience is an advantage, but not essential, as full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Picking and stacking frozen, fresh and dry goods
- Preparing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Loading customer orders
- Unloading incoming deliveries
- Lifting and moving products weighing up to 25kg
- Working efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Assisting customers with loading
- Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy and organised
- Following health and safety procedures
- Carrying out other warehouse duties as required

- Ability to read and write English
- Good communication skills
- Basic numeracy skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Good teamwork skills
- Good attention to detail
- Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential

Working Hours
40 hours per week – 5 days out of 7
- Monday–Sunday: 11:00am – 8:00pm
- You will be required to work one weekend day per week
