'Warehouse Worker' position available at Vanilla Underground in the United Kingdom. Join our dynamic team to ensure efficient warehouse operations that support our global online sales. Your role will be vital in maintaining our high standards of service and product handling and possible permanent contract for the right candidate.
We are looking for a Warehouse operative to coordinate the daily warehousing activities on a seven-day rotational rota.
Responsibilities of the role are
- Responsible day to day running of the Warehouse ensuring all the orders are dispatched daily by the deadline for collection.
- Become proficient with our back-office systems to ensure accurate stock control, order dispatch, and picking of stock.
- Pick and pack orders ensure the highest standard accuracy and quality of packing to minimize damage in transit.
- Offloading inbound deliveries, ensuring that the paperwork matches quantities and that any damages or quality issues are correctly recorded and reported
- Loading products into a company-owned fleet of vehicles
- Ensure the Warehouse is kept clean & tidy and presentable for visitors and at the end of each day
- Undertake any other duties and instructions, as requested by management
- Perform all warehouse duties to a high standard and within the set timeline.
- Hours will be between 6.30am -11.30pm, 9 hour shift with an half hour lunch
Pay: From £12.75 per hour
