Here at JRS Fabrication Engineers Limited we are looking for a CAD Technician/Draughtsman to join an experienced team using Auto CAD in drawing bespoke feature staircases, feature balustrades and all types of architectual metalwork
This position would suit an experienced, enthusiastic, competent person capable of assisting with general day to day running of the office.
AutoCAD
Producing DFX files for laser cutting
Compilation of materials and costs for quotations
Ordering materials
Answering phones
Supporting and assisting with projects
In addition to the above-mentioned duties you may from time to time be expected to undertake other duties to meet the needs of the company
Desired Skills and Experience
Sound knowledge of engineering principles
Good mathematical skills
Good communication skills
Driven and self motivating
Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel)
Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
Ability to work as a team player or individually as required
