Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Perform professional nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and care
- Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace in compliance with health regulations to ensure guest safety
- Provide personalized consultations to understand client preferences and recommend suitable treatments or enhancements
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently using front desk systems and handle walk-in guests promptly
- Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue
- Assist with social media management by showcasing your work through photos and engaging content to attract new clients
- Support guest services by addressing client inquiries, offering hospitality, and ensuring a memorable visit
Experience
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role in a busy salon or spa environment
- Skilled in various nail techniques including gel application, acrylics, nail art, and extensions such as eyelash extensions if applicable
- Strong management skills for scheduling appointments and maintaining inventory of supplies
- Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with clients and team members
- Knowledge of hospitality standards to create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests
- Experience with social media management to promote services and grow clientele
- Additional skills such as makeup application, deep tissue massage, barbering, or other beauty treatments are a plus but not required
