Job Summary

Duties
- Deliver tailored support in accordance with individual care plans, ensuring all needs are met.
- Assist with daily routines, including personal care, meal preparation, and recreational activities.
- Support individuals with their emotional and behavioral needs, fostering a positive and inclusive environment.
- Maintain accurate records of support provided, progress, and any incidents in line with organisational policies.
- Collaborate with colleagues, families, and external professionals to ensure cohesive care delivery.
- Assist individuals to appointments or activities as required, ensuring safety and punctuality.
- Ensure records are up to date, communicate effectively within the team, and manage documentation efficiently.
Requirements
- Proven experience working in a care setting.
- Valid driving license and ability to drive safely and confidently (not appliacable)
- Knowledge of care plans, and safeguarding procedures.
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with individuals, families, and colleagues.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to support individuals wellbeing and deliver the care required.

Pay: £12.71-£13.00 per hour
