Pay Rate: £12.71 – £14.00 per hour (dependent on experience) + Uncapped Commission

What You’ll Do
- Deliver high-quality cutting, styling, and advanced colouring services (balayage, lived-in colour, toners, babylights, and colour corrections).
- Conduct thorough, client-focused consultations to deliver personalised results and protect hair health.
- Prescribe tailored home-care routines and professional retail products to help clients maintain their style between visits.
- Maintain excellent client rebooking rates and support a positive salon culture.
- Mentor and inspire junior team members on the salon floor.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualification: NVQ Level 3 in Hairdressing (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: Proven track record working as a Senior Stylist/Colourist on a busy salon floor.
- Technical Expertise: Strong mastery of contemporary cutting and modern colouring techniques.
- Client Care: Excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and a warm, friendly demeanor.
- Reliability & Passion: A positive mindset, team-player attitude, and dedication to growing your craft.
