R D Johns Ltd is looking for a reliable and hardworking Production Cleaner to join our busy Butchery team at our Milber site in Newton Abbot. Reporting to Stewart Piggott, this role plays a vital part in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene within our production environment.
Key Responsibilities Clean and sanitise production equipment and machinery. Clean production trays using designated washing equipment. Operate pressure washers and tray washing equipment safely. Follow all cleaning schedules and checklists. Ensure HACCP guidelines are adhered to at all times. Maintain a clean, safe, and tidy working environment. Comply with all company Health & Safety procedures. Wear and use the correct PPE provided.

A strong work ethic and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A commitment to maintaining high hygiene standards. Previous cleaning or food production experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
