We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Manager to lead our Preschool & Out of School Club.
Monday to Friday
*Duties
- Develop and ensure an overall strong operation of the setting, focusing on quality and safeguarding.
- Provide a supportive and positive environment for our team, where they can progress and feel appreciated.
- Ensure a homely feel to our setting atmosphere where the learning and wellbeing of our children and families is priorit's.
- Ensure systems are followed to monitor the teams practice in assessing the children's progress to ensure developmental milestones are met/monitored.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns, ensuring parents hold opportunities to build trust in our team.
- To be a safeguarding lead, upholding confidentiality and GDPR at all times.
- Communicate effectively with your team members to create a cohesive learning environment where the full team are focused on moving forward.
- To manage your time in an organised manner to meet deadlines and follow Tots&Juniors structure and routines.
*Qualifications*
- Relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education
- Previous experience working as a preschool/Nursery Manager
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for educating and inspiring young minds
- Knowledge of child development principles and practices
- A friendly and positive personality
- Experience in a Management role with a good understanding and ability for the completion of paperwork that this role requires
