One day you could be working on a modern office building in London, the next on a large commercial site, retail unit, school, or high level project somewhere completely different. We work on an incredible variety of buildings and locations across Milton Keynes and throughout the UK, so if you hate being stuck indoors or behind a desk, this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing
The role is mainly window cleaning using modern water fed pole systems, but that’s only part of what we do.
Our team also carries out:
- Internal window cleaning
- Pressure washing
- Roof cleaning
- Gutter clearing
- High level cleaning
- Specialist external cleaning services
This is an active, hands on role working outdoors in all sorts of environments and locations. No two days are the same, and there’s always an opportunity to learn new skills and take on different types of work.
You’ll report daily to our Milton Keynes office, heading out with the team to sites across the region and occasionally further afield. After a successful probation period, team members working independently will receive a company vehicle, tools, and equipment.
What We’re Looking For
You’ll need to be:
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
- Someone who takes pride in doing a job properly
- Reliable, motivated, and adaptable
- Comfortable working alone and as part of a team
- Friendly and professional with customers and colleagues
You must also have:
- A full UK driving licence
Bonus points if you already hold:
- IPAF
- PASMA
- Working at Height qualifications
But don’t worry if you don’t, training and development opportunities are available for the right person.
