Rosso and Azzurro are seeking a Brand Marketing Manager to help shape, grow, and elevate the brand presence of our streetwear portfolio globally.
Reporting into the Head of Marketing, this role will be responsible for developing and executing brand marketing strategies that strengthen brand equity, drive cultural relevance, and support commercial growth across key markets. Working closely with Creative, Social, PR, E-commerce, Product, and external partners, you will ensure every brand touchpoint delivers a consistent, compelling, and authentic experience.
This is a strategic yet hands-on role, ideal for an experienced marketer who understands streetwear culture, consumer behaviour, and the power of storytelling. You will help translate brand vision into impactful campaigns, build meaningful community connections, and deliver marketing initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and growth.
As Rosso and Azzurro enter their next stage of international expansion, you will play a key role in shaping the brands’ global marketing approach across digital, physical, and community channels.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Campaign Management
- Support the Head of Marketing in developing and delivering the overarching brand marketing strategy.
- Own the planning and execution of integrated brand campaigns across digital, social, PR, retail, community, and e-commerce channels.
- Develop marketing calendars, campaign plans, and go-to-market strategies for seasonal launches, product drops, and key cultural moments.
- Translate brand objectives into clear briefs and actionable plans for internal teams and external partners.
- Monitor campaign performance, identify opportunities, and use insights to continuously improve effectiveness.
Brand Storytelling & Creative Collaboration
- Partner closely with the Creative Lead to develop campaigns, content, and storytelling that strengthen brand identity and cultural relevance.
- Ensure creative output consistently reflects the brands’ values, positioning, and aesthetic.
- Help shape brand narratives that resonate with existing communities while attracting new audiences.
- Champion creativity, innovation, and excellence across all brand activity.
Social, Community & Partnerships
- Work closely with Social, Affiliates, PR, and Partnerships teams to build authentic consumer engagement strategies.
- Support the growth of creator, ambassador, and community relationships across key markets.
- Help maintain a strong and credible presence within relevant streetwear and cultural communities.
- Support regional activations across priority markets including the UK, Europe, and North America.
- Identify opportunities to increase brand visibility through partnerships, events, and cultural moments.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with Product, E-commerce, Merchandising, and Operations teams to support launches and commercial priorities.
- Ensure marketing activity aligns with wider business objectives and customer journeys.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and partners to deliver high-quality marketing initiatives.
- Support the development and management of marketing budgets and reporting.
Skills & Experience
- 5–8+ years’ experience in brand marketing, ideally within streetwear, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
- Strong understanding of streetwear culture, trends, communities, and consumer behaviour.
- Proven experience developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of brand building alongside digital and performance marketing channels.
- Experience working collaboratively with creative teams, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to use data and insights to inform decisions and measure campaign impact.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
