Green Acorn Holiday Homes manages high-quality serviced accommodation throughout Bristol.
We are looking for an organised, reliable and hardworking individual who takes pride in producing exceptional standards of cleanliness and presentation.
This role combines housekeeping, laundry logistics and property quality control.
Typical Working Days
Primarily:
- Friday
- Saturday (occasional)
- Sunday
Laundry duties are also carried out on Tuesdays.
Typical start time: 9:00–10:00am
Typical finish: Approximately 3:00–4:00pm
Additional weekday hours may also be available.
Responsibilities
- Completing housekeeping cleans where required.
- Collecting laundry from holiday homes.
- Delivering laundry to designated laundry providers.
- Collecting clean laundry later in the day and returning it to our properties.
- Operating laundry from our Sea Mills facility on designated days.
- Inspecting completed housekeeping cleans using our company checklist.
- Photographing and reporting any issues.
- Restocking tea, coffee and guest consumables.
- Replacing missing cutlery, crockery and kitchen items.
- Preparing properties for arriving guests.
- Completing general operational tasks while laundry cycles are running.
- Supporting the wider operations team as required.
Essential Requirements
- Full UK driving licence.
- Own reliable vehicle.
- Comfortable working weekends.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Physically fit and able to lift laundry bags.
- Able to work independently.
- Comfortable communicating using WhatsApp.
- Friendly, organised and trustworthy.
Previous housekeeping, hotel, hospitality or cleaning experience is preferred but not essential.
