What we're looking for:
- Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification.
- A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
- Excellent knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding responsibilities.
- A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to work as part of a supportive team.
- Someone who can build strong relationships with children, families and colleagues.
- A commitment to continuous professional development and delivering high-quality practice every day.
