Plumber - Water Efficiency Engineer
Field-Based Role
Annual Salary - £33,000 per year
Plus Company Vehicle and Fuel Card | Overtime Available | Performance Incentives

We’re looking for a qualified, customer-focused Plumber to join our growing Water Efficiency Team.
This is a field-based role attending pre-booked appointments to install water-saving products, carry out minor leak repairs, and help customers reduce water waste.
This role covers Kent including Canterbury, Ashford, Maidstone, Medway, Dover, Folkestone and surrounding areas. Travel between locations is required. A company vehicle and fuel card are provided.
If you’re NVQ Level 2 qualified (minimum), professional in customer homes, and comfortable working to installation targets — we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Installing Control Flow water-saving devices
- Carrying out minor leak detection and repairs
- Working safely on and around water meters
- Providing clear water-efficiency advice
- Managing your own diary, travel, and van stock
- Recording works accurately via CRM
- Meeting daily/weekly installation targets
What We’re Looking For
✔ Plumbing Qualification – Minimum NVQ Level 2
✔ EUSR Water Hygiene (or willing to obtain)
✔ Full, clean UK driving licence
✔ Clear DBS (or willing to complete)
✔ Experience in plumbing maintenance & repairs
✔ Target-driven with strong customer service skills
