What are we looking for?
We are looking to take on a Deputy Head Housekeeper, working within a busy hotel. You will hold experience in assisting management and with checking over hotel rooms and supervising a team. We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking individual. Your role will be very varied a will see you carrying out a number of duties.
This position will be in Washington NE37, please ensure you can reliably commute to this area before submitting your application.
What will your main responsibilities be?
You will be accountable for successfully supervising a team of room attendants, you will encourage and support the team, ensuring the highest possible standards are always kept. You will be providing support to the Head Housekeeper and covering their two days off a week. You must be flexible to help the room attendants and get stuck in with the team, you must also be comfortable with supervising the team in the absence of the Head Housekeeper (when they have days off and are away on holiday.)
